I WANT TO BUILD MY LOW KICKYOUR STRIKE STARTS IN TRAINING.
EVERY DANGEROUS FIGHTER HAS A STRIKE THAT DEFINES THEM.
Make the low kick yours.
When your opponent starts worrying about your low kick, that concern can open up the rest of your game. They hesitate on the way in. Shift their stance. React to your setup.
That’s the presence you want to build: a strike you trust — and one they have to account for.

A CLEAR OBJECTIVE FOR EVERY SESSION
Your kick didn’t land. What will you change on the next attempt?
Was it the distance? Was your setup too obvious? Did you lose your base or pick the wrong moment? When you judge your low kick only as “hard,” “weak” or “blocked,” it’s tough to know what to work on. That’s why each sheet structures your practice in three steps:
Know what to look for.
Use the sheet’s key points to assess one specific part of the movement.
Focus your practice.
Follow the drills and concentrate on the skill that session is designed to develop.
Put it into action.
Rehearse the execution on the bag, then work on reactions and decisions in partner drills.
Walk into training knowing what to practice — and what to pay attention to.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST ROUND
STILL HAVE
QUESTIONS?
Is this a video course?
No. Low Kick Brutal is a digital PDF guide with 12 workout sheets and three supporting resources.
Do I need to practice Kyokushin?
The guide focuses on the low kick and can complement martial arts that use it, including Kyokushin, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. Follow your discipline’s rules and your instructor’s guidance.
I’m a beginner. Can I use it?
You should know the basic movement and the strikes used in the combinations. If you’re starting from scratch, learn the technique with an instructor before adding these sessions.
Do I need to do one workout a day?
No. The sheets form a reusable training library. Follow the roadmap for a suggested sequence and fit the sessions around your classes and recovery.
Is a punching bag all I need?
The guide includes both bag and partner drills. Check each sheet’s requirements and use the appropriate protective equipment.
How soon will my kick improve?
You can start bringing structure to your very next session. Progress depends on your level, execution, consistency and the corrections you receive. The guide does not promise a guaranteed result within a fixed timeframe.
Is bag work enough to use it in a fight?
It helps you rehearse the technique and combinations. Landing the strike against someone who reacts also requires partner practice, technical guidance and respect for your discipline’s rules.
